You may find yourself in the same situation as I was this evening when dealing with large amounts of data being passed across to a WCF Data Service Operation. It just kept failing with a 404 Error as if the service is not there. This was coincidentally the same issue I had last September when [...]

The Future Landscape of Computing
Actually I think the title of this post could easily have been “Why the iPad and Apple will not take over the world” or “why the PC is not dead yet.” or perhaps “Why the Chromebook is not a Windows Killer” take your pick. There is not doubt that there is some displacement going on [...]

Microsoft’s bottom line gets a Windows 7 boost
What makes this story interesting is that it is consumer demand that has contributed largely to this and not business, which is expected to start the roll out this year.
I know the IT bods in my office are champing at the bit to roll it out and with good reason. I myself am a developer and having to go back to XP after being on Win 7 for nearly a year really sucks.
Never mind, it could be worse, I could be developing on OS-X and a Mac
Just kidding kids.
